Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our arts & crafts brand. You will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand visual content for print, digital platforms, product packaging, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Design product packaging, labels, user manuals.

Create promotional materials including flyers, posters, social media creatives, banners, and emailers.

Develop creatives for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Website).

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize visuals.

Ensure consistency of brand aesthetics and visual identity.

Edit and retouch product photos when required.

Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers/vendors.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).

Good sense of layout, color, typography, and composition.

Basic knowledge of print production and file formats.

Creativity with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with social media trends and visual content.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous):

Experience in hand-drawn or illustrative art.

Video editing or animation skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Interest or background in arts & crafts or DIY industry.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
