Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Backend Engineer with 1.5 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in GoLang, have a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms, and be eager to contribute to building scalable backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services Translate product and business requirements into technical solutions Write clean, modular, and well-documented GoLang code Optimize backend systems using efficient algorithms and data structures Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile sprint activities Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of production systems

Core Requirements:

1.5 to 3 years of hands-on backend development experience using GoLang Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques Familiarity with RESTful APIs, relational and non-relational databases Basic knowledge of computer science fundamentals like OS, networking, and system design Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Experience in object-oriented programming and knowledge of software design principles Exposure to microservices architecture and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus) Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices
