Candidates must have proven experience in designing and delivering Gen AI use cases, such as document intelligence, conversational agents, knowledge assistants, code generation, or summarization tools. This requires hands-on expertise in one or more of the following: LLM Frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers), Cloud AI Platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI), Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma), and MLOps & Deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines for model deployment). A strong foundation in Python, API integration, and microservices architecture is essential, along with a deep understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and data governance for AI. Finally, the role requires the ability to define solution architecture documents (HLD/LLD), drive design governance processes, and includes experience working with enterprise-scale clients, preferably in BFSI, manufacturing, or telecom sectors.
