About the Role

Junior Garment Technician

who is passionate about fashion and eager to learn the technical side of garment development. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates who want hands-on exposure to Western wear, including suits, dresses, coats, occasionwear, and leisurewear for men and women.

Key Responsibilities

Learn how to translate design concepts into

technical specifications and basic tech packs

. Support in preparing

specification sheets

for sizing, fabrics, trims, and garment construction.Assist senior garment technicians and designers in

sample development and fittings

. Observe and take part in

quality checks

on garments during sampling and production. Maintain an organized record of

fabrics, trims, swatches, and documentation

.Provide support in day-to-day

production coordination

and pre-production activities.Gain knowledge in

fit standards, construction techniques, and finishing processes

.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/Diploma in

Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, or related field

. Basic understanding of garment construction and fabrics (academic knowledge acceptable). Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced fashion-tech environment. Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills. Passionate about luxury fashion, tailoring, and innovation.
