Junior Full Stack PHP Developers

who can confidently work on real-time projects and grow with our team. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid foundation in

PHP development

and front-end skills, eager to take responsibility from

Day 1

.

Responsibilities

Contribute to

real client projects

from the first week. Complete

daily assigned tasks

and provide clear

EOD reports

. Participate in

requirement discussions

and knowledge transfer (KT) sessions. Adapt to new technologies and project environments quickly. Follow

coding standards, IT culture, and team guidelines

. Collaborate with teammates respectfully and positively.
Must-Have Technical Skills

Core PHP (strong fundamentals required)

Any PHP Framework

MySQL

(queries, joins, indexing basics)

WordPress (customization & content management)

Tailwind CSS & Bootstrap

jQuery

REST API creation and integration

Strong

debugging and logical problem-solving skills

Clear understanding of

full-stack workflows (frontend ? backend ? database)

Nice-to-Have Skills

React.js, Node.js, AngularJS

MongoDB

Google Analytics, SEO basics

UI/UX familiarity with Figma

Exposure to

AWS, Serverless architecture, or Big Data tools (Hadoop, etc.)

Work Culture & Attitude

Strong sense of

responsibility and discipline

in completing tasks. Good communication of technical concepts. Eagerness to

learn new stacks

and grow in the role. A

Eligibility

6 months - 1 year

of experience in web development. Portfolio/GitHub with

hands-on coding projects

. Strong fundamentals and ability to

apply concepts in practice
