Junior Full Stack Developer

8848 Digital LLP provides clients with high-quality ERPNext implementations, application customizations, management consulting, and a variety of technical infrastructure services. We deliver enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions to mid-market companies worldwide, including custom solutions on web and mobile.

We are looking for a motivated

Junior Full Stack Developer

to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in developing and maintaining dynamic software applications, contribute to ERPNext and React-based solutions, and gain hands-on experience working across the full software development lifecycle.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and testing of ERPNext modules and web applications. Support development of front-end features using

React / Next.js

and integration with back-end systems. Write clean, scalable code under the guidance of senior developers. Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of applications. Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team. Learn and apply SDLC best practices while following company coding standards. Assist in creating and executing unit test cases to ensure code quality. Stay up-to-date with new tools, technologies, and frameworks relevant to full stack development.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT

, or a related field (or final year students with project experience). Minimum 06 to 1 year of experience in full stack development (internship or academic project experience acceptable). Basic knowledge of

Python, SQL, and React

is required. Familiarity with ERPNext systems. Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take feedback constructively. A positive, customer-centric attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
