Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Stack Development:


Lead the development of our platform using Next JS, Node JS, PostgreSQL, and AWS.


Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs to support our

platform.


Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the applications.

2. System Design and Architecture:


Attention to detail with a deep understanding of system design and UI/UX

principles.


Develop scalable and efficient architecture to support a growing user base and feature set.

3. Problem Solving and Proactive Approach:


Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.


Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues. 4. Risk Taking and Fast Execution:


Execute faster to experiment quickly, adapting to changes and new challenges with ease.


Take calculated risks to push the boundaries of what's possible.

5. Impactful Work and Responsibility:


Enjoy and seek out impactful work with more responsibility.


Lead by example, mentoring junior developers and setting the standard for code quality and best practices.

6. Collaboration and Innovation:


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Qualifications:


1-3 years of experience in software development.


Expertise in Next JS, Node JS, PostgreSQL, and AWS.


Strong understanding of system design and UI/UX principles.


Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Hunger for becoming the best software developer and a risk-taking appetite.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
