Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Full Stack/Backend Developer with expertise across a diverse range of technologies Experience 1 to 2 years. While proficiency in Node.js and Python is essential, we also value a strong foundation in other emerging development tools and frameworks. In this role, you will be responsible for leading custom development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions that meet the unique requirements of our clients.

Job Responsibilities

Executes standard software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting

Writes secure and high-quality code using the syntax of at least one programming language with limited guidance

Learns and applies system processes, methodologies, and skills for the development of secure, stable code and systems

Applies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain to improve the value realized by automation

Utilize Python for data processing and transformation tasks, ensuring efficient and reliable data workflows.

Required Qualifications

Strong background in one or more backend programming languages such as Python or NodeJS

Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript

Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience

Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle

Familiarity with modern front-end technologies

Experience with web services and API integration

Preferred Qualifications

Independent and self-motivated

Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Have an agile mindset and a broad skillset - willing to do whatever it takes to help the team deliver.

Working experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with popular front-end frameworks (React, Next.js, NestJS, Angular, or Vue.js)
