Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, handle calls/emails, and manage courier/postal communications
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Coordinate petty cash, reimbursements, POs, and vendor payments
Support onboarding: collect documents, issue ID cards (office, CSEZ, GMC), arrange seating and hardware
Schedule/confirm meetings and appointments (incl. banks, vendors, suppliers)
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and oversee office equipment servicing
Track utility bills, maintain payment records, and draft internal communication
Support resignation formalities: collect assets, update records, and prepare relieving documents
Help employees with general admin tasks and document scanning/filing
Monitor cleanliness, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance
Book travel/accommodation and assist with office events and meetings
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
0-2 years of experience in admin or front office roles
Knowledge in MS Office; communication and multitasking skills
