ROLE: FIRST IMPRESSIONS OFFICER - OPERATIONS

LOCATION: CHENNAI

The Big Picture

The first impressions officer is the first point of contact for all visitors, guests, vendors and employees. The major goal of this position is to provide the best possible office environment to all visitors as well as to the internal employees and make sure anyone who visits the office gets a noteworthy experience at Illumine-i.

What you can expect as a Front Impressions Officer at Illumine-i:

You\'ll act as a front office specialist to take care of Petty Cash Management, Front Office Management, Admin and Facilities Management, Vendor Management, Housekeeping & Cafeteria Management, Stock keeping, Invoice maintenance and Office Security Management.

Essential Qualifications include:

• Bachelor\'s degree (Any stream is fine)
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated person
• Be more proactive than being reactive
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent Observation Skills
• Highly Organised
• Knowledge of Excel and Word
• Excellent Negotiation Skills
• Willing to learn new things

Great to have:

Basic Knowledge of Preliminary First Aid. Knowledge of CPR would be added advantage

Working knowledge of Fire Extinguisher and Fire Alarm Maintenance.
