Basic accounting knowledge. Good understanding on expenses handling & coordination skills.* Proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT.* Good understanding of vendor management and procurement process.* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.* Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.* Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.* Driving skills will be considered an added advantage.*
Finance & Expense Coordination:
Attend the weekly meetings and provide required updates* Maintain expense records on a daily basis, Fund request and Bank statement reconciliation on monthly basis.* Coordinate with the team to update the expense tracker and share periodic reports.*
