Key Responsibilities
Sell company products to clients within the jewellery industry.
Work with the provided database to generate leads and build lasting client relationships.
Visit clients regularly for product presentations and sales meetings.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of sales visits, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Provide regular updates to the sales manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1 to 5 years of experience in field sales (Jewellery industry preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in achieving sales targets.
Self-motivated, confident, and passionate about sales and client engagement.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Must have a two-wheeler vehicle (compulsory).
Additional Details
Product training will be provided by the company.
Target-based role with attractive incentives.
Salary Budget: Up to 20% hike on the candidate's last drawn salary.
