Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven

Junior Field Sales Executive

to promote and sell

interior and exterior products

such as wall panels, cladding, flooring, doors, and other home/building materials. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, have good communication skills, and

must own a 2-wheeler

for field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit architects, builders, interior designers, contractors, and dealers to promote products Generate and follow up on sales leads in the assigned territory Conduct product presentations and site visits when required Build and maintain long-term client relationships Collect market intelligence and competitor data Meet sales targets and provide regular reports to the manager Coordinate with the operations team for timely delivery and installation support Ensure product samples, catalogues, and marketing materials are available and used effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate in any field 0-2 years of experience in field sales (freshers are welcome)

Must own a 2-wheeler and have a valid driving license

Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of Exterior/interior products or willingness to learn Self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to travel extensively within the city or assigned region
