We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Jr.Field Sales Executives. This is a great opportunity for freshers or those with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to start or grow their career in sales.

Role Description

Conduct field visits to potential clients/customers.

Pitch products/services and close sales.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Provide feedback from the field to the management team.

Requirements:

0-1 year of sales experience (field work preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Previous experience in B2B sales is a plus
