About Us

We are a premium women's boutique known for elegant designs, customized outfits, and a personalized shopping experience. We are looking for a Junior Fashion Designer who is passionate about fashion and also confident in sales, communication, and public relations to join our boutique team.

Role Overview

The Junior Fashion Designer will support the boutique in designing & customizing outfits, interacting with customers, managing fittings, and contributing to overall sales and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with sketching, pattern development & design concepts
Help customers with styling ideas, fabric selection & customization requirements
Coordinate with tailors & vendors for stitching, measurements & timely delivery
Handle client walk-ins and support customer experience in the boutique
Participate in photoshoots, exhibitions, pop-up events & promotional activities
Support PR initiatives -- influencer collaborations & boutique networking
Maintain design records, lookbooks & catalog updates

Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Fashion Design or relevant field
Passion for boutique fashion and client interactions
Strong communication & presentation skills
Basic knowledge of sales and customer service
Familiarity with PR & social media trends (bonus)
Freshers or 0-2 years of experience welcome
