Job Description

Location: Chembur

Reports To: Founder/ Creative Director

Core Mission:

Execute Creative Director's/ Senior Designers vision with precision, on time, and zero creative deviation.

From Sketch to Sample:

Turn Senior Designers hand-drawn sketches into Samples.

Track sample progress with karigars - ensure deadlines are met and flag delays

Organize fabric swatches/trims as per their preferences (no personal input).

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Fashion diploma/degree (NIFT, ISDI,Pearl etc.) or 1+ year assisting a strict designer.

No creative ego - You're happy being a "hands" to Founders "brain."

Obsessive about deadlines
