We are a premium, minimal, Gen-Z focused apparel brand based in Bangalore. We are launching our first limited drop with a strong focus on fit, fabric quality, and clean, timeless design.
We are looking for a hands-on fashion designer to support technical design execution and sampling as we build our initial collections.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role focused on technical apparel design and execution. The designer will be responsible for creating clear, manufacturer-ready tech packs and supporting sample development for our collections.
This role is suited for someone who prefers working on real products, fit, and production rather than styling or purely conceptual work.
Key Responsibilities
Create detailed tech packs for:
Oversized T-shirts
Smart casual shirts
Define measurements, sizing, and fit guidance
Recommend cotton-based fabric suitability (GSM, weave, finish)
Support prototype and sample review
Make minor fit and design corrections after sampling
Ensure all designs are clear, accurate, and manufacturer-ready
What We're Looking For
Understanding of T-shirts and casual shirts
Knowledge of fit, sizing, and garment construction
Ability to work with manufacturers and sampling teams
Practical, execution-focused mindset
Portfolio showing real apparel work (not illustrations only)
Comfortable working full-time from the office in Bangalore
Experience is preferred but not mandatory. Skill, clarity, and execution ability are more important than years of experience.
Compensation
?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on skill and capability)
