Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to support our design team in

developing commercial, trend-relevant apparels. The role focuses on translating trends into

saleable designs aligned with customer preferences and price points.

Key Responsibilities

? Assist in designing seasonal apparel collections

? Create flat sketches and basic illustrations using Adobe Illustrator

? Support in trend research, mood boards, and colour stories

? Help in selecting fabrics, trims, and prints

? Prepare and update basic tech packs (measurements, construction details)

? Coordinate with merchandisers and production teams for sampling

? Understanding of standard retail size charts

? Assist during fit sessions and incorporate corrections

? Maintain design files, style sheets, and sample tracking

? Ensure designs meet cost, quality, and timeline requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

? Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or Apparel Design

? Basic knowledge of garment construction and fabrics

? Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory)

? Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

? Understanding of retail fashion trends and customers

? Must have the knowledge of colours and pantone shades

? Basic knowledge of prints (placements, repeats, simple motifs)

? Strong awareness of current market and fashion trends
? Basic MS Excel skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
