The Role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day packing operations in the spice& masala/ breakfast product lines. The role includes managing 3-4 automated packing machines- FFS- Augur type, Multi Head Weighing and Cup filler, also ensuring smooth manual packing operations, maintaining production quality, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve daily output targets.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the operations of automated packing machines (FFS- Augur type, Multi Head Weighing and Cup filler). Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. Follow all Food Safety and company processing guidelines and regulations. Complete daily logs, paperwork, and product sampling. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Solve practical problems and troubleshoot equipment. Plan and execute changeovers for different SKUs. Monitor machine parameters and make minor adjustments as needed. Filling storage hoppers and opening slide gates for processing. Manage manual packing activities ensuring correct weights, packaging materials, and labeling. Allocate manpower efficiently. Ensure all packed products meet the required quality standards (weight, sealing, hygiene, appearance). Coordinate with QC for inline checks and timely corrective actions. Execute daily production plans as per requirement. Maintain accurate records of production output, wastage, downtime, and material consumption. Supervise operators and helpers working on packing lines. Identify machine-related issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for quick resolution. Other duties as assigned.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
