Job Description

We are hiring a junior executive to support warehouse, store, and online operations. The role involves verifying inward stock, ensuring adherence to Ogaan SKU and design standards, and managing accurate product data for ERP and online cataloguing on the website.

Key Responsibilities - Warehouse & Store Operations

Verify inward stock at the warehouse/store against inward documents.

Ensure products adhere to Ogaan SKU, style, size, color, and design standards.

Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve stock, SKU, or tagging discrepancies.

Support inventory accuracy and stock readiness for online and offline sales.

Key Responsibilities - Online Fashion Cataloguing

Create and maintain accurate line sheets for internal reference and website uploads.

Catalogue products on the website with correct attributes such as:

Product name, category, designer/brand

Fabric, color, size, set, embellishment, and fit

MRP, SKU codes, and stock availability

Ensure all product data matches physical stock and Ginesys ERP entries.

Cross-check images, descriptions, and pricing before products go live.

Coordinate with catalog, merchandising, and tech teams to correct errors or missing data.

Maintain consistency in cataloguing standards across designers and collections.

ERP & Data Management

Assist in entering, updating, and validating inventory data in Magento

Ensure data aligns with website listings and Retail stock.

Flag mismatches in SKU, MRP, size sets, or descriptions for correction.

Skills & Requirements

Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets).

Good typing skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Willingness to learn ERP systems and online cataloguing processes.

Comfortable working across warehouse, store, and office environments.

Junior candidates (any graduation) can apply.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
