1. Role Summary:

The Junior Executive will be responsible for both maintaining high-quality standards through rigorous testing and assisting in the research and formulation of new health supplements. You will bridge the gap between laboratory analysis and product innovation to ensure all new launches are safe, effective, and compliant with

FSSAI

and

GMP

standards.

2. Key Responsibilities

Quality Control Operations:

Conduct routine sampling and physical/chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods. Perform specific tests like pH, viscosity, solubility, and bulk density using lab equipment (e.g., UV-spectrophotometers, pH meters). Maintain detailed laboratory records, STPs (Standard Testing Procedures), and batch analysis reports to ensure full traceability. Support investigations into Out-of-Specification (OOS) results and implement corrective actions.

Product Development & R&D:

Assist in formulating new dosage forms such as tablets, capsules, powders, and gummies. Carry out lab-scale trials and sensory evaluations (taste, texture, aroma) for new prototypes. Coordinate with the regulatory team to ensure labels and ingredients follow

FSSAI

or

AYUSH

guidelines. Conduct stability and shelf-life studies on new formulations to monitor ingredient integrity over time.

3. Qualifications & Skills

Education:

B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Food Science; B.Pharm or M.Pharm.

Experience:

1-4 years in a nutraceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of

FSSAI

and

GMP/GLP

regulations. Proficiency in analytical chemistry and basic laboratory instrumentation. Basic understanding of bioactive compounds and herbal extracts.

Soft Skills:

High attention to detail, strong documentation habits, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional production teams.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
