:

The Role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day packing operations in the spice& masala/ breakfast product lines. The role includes managing 3-4 automated packing machines- FFS- Augur type, Multi Head Weighing and Cup filler, also ensuring smooth manual packing operations, maintaining production quality, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve daily output targets.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the operations of automated packing machines (FFS- Augur type, Multi Head Weighing and Cup filler).
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Follow all Food Safety and company processing guidelines and regulations.
Complete daily logs, paperwork, and product sampling.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Solve practical problems and troubleshoot equipment.
Plan and execute changeovers for different SKUs.
Monitor machine parameters and make minor adjustments as needed.
Filling storage hoppers and opening slide gates for processing.
Manage manual packing activities ensuring correct weights, packaging materials, and labeling.
Allocate manpower efficiently.
Ensure all packed products meet the required quality standards (weight, sealing, hygiene, appearance).
Coordinate with QC for inline checks and timely corrective actions.
Execute daily production plans as per requirement.
Maintain accurate records of production output, wastage, downtime, and material consumption.
Supervise operators and helpers working on packing lines.
Identify machine-related issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for quick resolution.
Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:

Plus two- Science stream, ITI- Mechanical or Electrical Must be able to communicate in Malayalam (Read, Speak & Write), Hindi ( Speak) & English ( Read & Write) Clean-in-place/sanitation experience preferred. Minimum two years experience in working in the similar background would be desirable. Good communication, record-keeping, and team management skills Flexibility to support/train on all three shifts. Work in an environment that is dusty and may contain spices with high pungency & heat. Be able to work on feet for duration of shift. Regular stooping, kneeling, climbing, bending at the waist, reaching or handling. Vision requirements: near and far visual acuity. Ability to work in hot temperatures. Ability to work in a noisy environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,254.16 - ₹17,000.00 per month
