We are seeking a highly motivated and sharp Junior Executive to play a pivotal role in supporting our commercial growth. This unique position offers a blend of strategic marketing, sales support, and direct exposure to senior leadership, including the CEO. You will be the engine room of our commercial efforts, executing key tasks that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales activities, all while gaining an invaluable, top-down view of how a successful MedTech company operates.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing (60%)
Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, traditional) to generate leads and build brand presence.
Create, proofread, and manage engaging content for various platforms, including website blogs, social media posts, case studies, and sales collateral, ensuring all content is compliant with industry regulations.
Manage and grow the company's social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) with a focus on professional healthcare audiences.
Support the coordination of webinars, virtual events, and industry conferences (e.g., preparing materials, managing registrations, post-event follow-up).
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
Maintain and update the marketing database and CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Sales Support (30%)
Qualify inbound marketing leads and route them to the appropriate sales representative.
Prepare and customize sales presentations, proposals, and product datasheets for the sales team.
Support the sales cycle by providing necessary product information, case studies, and competitive intelligence.
Help manage the RFP (Request for Proposal) and tender response process by coordinating inputs and ensuring timely submission.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
CEO & Executive Support (10%)
Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for CEO-level meetings and board reviews.
Attend meetings with the CEO and other executives, take detailed notes, and track action items to completion.
Conduct specific research projects as directly assigned by the CEO to support strategic decision-making.
Act as a liaison between the commercial team and the CEO's office, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a marketing, sales, or business support role; internship experience in MedTech, Pharma, or healthcare will be highly regarded.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills,
with the ability to create professional content and interact confidently with senior executives.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and an aptitude for learning new software (e.g., CRM, CMS, marketing automation tools).
Strong analytical and research skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and impeccable discretion when handling sensitive information.
