Job Summary:

The Junior Executive - Stores is responsible for accurate and timely data entry operations within the Stores Department. The role ensures data integrity, proper documentation, and compliance with company procedures and warehouse management guidelines. The position requires strong SAP Warehouse Management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain organized and error-free records to support smooth store operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Enter and update data accurately in the system, ensuring error-free entries. Verify and proofread data for correctness and completeness. Maintain organized records and ensure the highest level of data quality. Follow established data management procedures and company guidelines. Meet daily productivity targets and maintain quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety, documentation, and audit requirements. Handle physical and digital documentation, filing, and record-keeping activities. Support the Stores team in inventory documentation and SAP-related tasks when needed.

Requirements and Skills:

Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry). Working knowledge of

SAP Warehouse Management (Minimum 1 year mandatory)

. Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to follow SOPs, procedures, and company guidelines. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
