Duties & Responsibilities:
Manpower planning based on store requirements
Sourcing and hiring sales associates, cashiers, supervisors, and support staff
Monitoring attendance, shifts, and weekly offs
Managing leave records and overtime
Coordinating with payroll for salary processing
Acting as a point of contact for employee grievances
Handling disciplinary issues and misconduct cases
Implementing HR policies at the store level
Maintaining employee files and HR MIS reports
Handling employee welfare activities
Conducting exit interviews
Processing full and final settlements
Qualification:
MBA in HR
Experience:
Freshers / Experienced male candidates can apply
