for management review--daily, weekly, and monthly.
Support training coordination, maintain training calendars, attendance, and feedback reports.
Assist HR Manager with employee engagement programs, grievance handling, welfare activities, and general administration tasks.
Support internal and external audits (ISO, customer audits, labour compliance).
Prepare HR circulars, notices, letters, memos, and policy communication as required.
Maintain strong communication with employees for HR-related queries.
Ensure strict confidentiality of employee records and sensitive HR data.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Conditional Formatting, Functions), and PowerPoint.
Hands-on experience with Tableau dashboards and data visualization
(preferred).
Strong communication skills--written and verbal.
Ability to prepare structured
performance score sheets, data matrix reports, HR analytics
, and presentations.
Good understanding of HR documentation, compliance, and employee relations.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines.
