Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:



Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, resume screening, candidate follow-up, technical/HR interview coordination. Manage attendance, leave, shift roster, overtime data, and ensure HRMS entries are accurate. Support monthly payroll by preparing detailed HR inputs (new joiners, relievers, OT, deductions, bonus inputs, leave adjustments). Handle onboarding & exit formalities--including document verification, ID card preparation, induction, and exit interviews. Maintain and update employee personal files, HR records, master data, and statutory compliance records (PF, ESI, CLRA, labour registers). Prepare and update

Employee Performance Score Sheets

, KRAs, and monthly/quarterly performance review data. Create and maintain

Data Matrix Reports

, employee productivity summaries, manpower utilization sheets, and audit-ready HR data. Prepare

Tableau dashboards and HR analytics reports

(attendance trend, attrition rate, recruitment status, productivity score, performance results). Generate

HR MIS reports

for management review--daily, weekly, and monthly. Support training coordination, maintain training calendars, attendance, and feedback reports. Assist HR Manager with employee engagement programs, grievance handling, welfare activities, and general administration tasks. Support internal and external audits (ISO, customer audits, labour compliance). Prepare HR circulars, notices, letters, memos, and policy communication as required. Maintain strong communication with employees for HR-related queries. Ensure strict confidentiality of employee records and sensitive HR data.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Excellent knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Conditional Formatting, Functions), and PowerPoint.

Hands-on experience with Tableau dashboards and data visualization

(preferred). Strong communication skills--written and verbal. Ability to prepare structured

performance score sheets, data matrix reports, HR analytics

, and presentations. Good understanding of HR documentation, compliance, and employee relations. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
