Job Summary:



The Junior Executive - HR is responsible for supporting the HR department in all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, attendance tracking, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. This role ensures smooth day-to-day HR activities and assists in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Recruitment & Onboarding:



Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and coordinate joining formalities. Conduct induction/orientation for new joiners.

2. Attendance & Leave Management:



Monitor daily attendance and leave records. Coordinate with payroll team for leave and attendance inputs. Maintain biometric attendance data and resolve discrepancies.

3. Employee Records Management:



Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database. Ensure timely documentation of employee-related transactions.

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare:



Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events. Support initiatives related to employee communication, health, and well-being.

5. Compliance & Statutory:



Assist in maintaining statutory registers and compliance reports (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). Coordinate with vendors and authorities for HR-related compliance matters.

6. Exit Formalities:



Handle resignation intimation, exit interview coordination, and clearance procedures. Ensure full & final settlement documentation is completed.

Requirements:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Any related field. MBA in HR is an added advantage.

Experience:

3-4 years of relevant HR experience.

Skills:

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Canteen Maintenance House keeping maintenance. Liasoning with govt.department
