Recruitment support: Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Onboarding: Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure smooth integration of employees into the organization.
Employee records management: Maintain accurate HR databases, personnel files, and documentation.
Employee engagement: Organize activities, surveys, and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Performance management support: Assist in tracking employee performance reviews and feedback cycles.
HR reporting: Prepare basic reports on HR metrics such as attrition, attendance, and recruitment status.
? Qualifications
Education: Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.(MBA & MSW (HR)
Experience: 0-1 years of HR or administrative experience (internships count).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
