is looking for a motivated and organized Junior Executive - HR & Admin to support HR and administrative operations at our
Bandra East
office. The role involves assisting with recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll support, office administration, and maintaining employee records. This is an entry-level position ideal for freshers or early-career professionals eager to develop their HR and administrative skills within a growing real estate company focused on affordable housing.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Help maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Support onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Assist with payroll preparation and attendance monitoring.
Address basic employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate training and development sessions as needed.
Administration:
Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Handle procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination.
Support travel arrangements, stationery management, and petty cash reimbursements.
Assist management with scheduling meetings and maintaining official documentation.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Graduate or PG degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (BBA, MBA, MHRM preferred).
0 to 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
Basic knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work in a fast-paced environment.
