Qualification - Any Graduate or Business administration
Experience - 2Yr 3Yrs / 4Yrs 6Yrs of core experience in Retail Distribution Centre/Retail Industry respectively
Job Responsibilities:

This position is required to achieve the desired level of performance in the following Key Result areas:

• Coordination in warehouse operations on day-to-day basis
• Inward and Outward operations
• Responsible for operations and documentation.
• Knowledge of WMS,
• KPI Monitoring and Root Cause Analysis
• Team handling and stakeholder management.
• Co-ordinate with the team members & Drivers.
• TAT maintaining (Turn Around Time)
• FIFO (First In, First Out)
• Physically stock checking day to day & Inventory.
• Documents and Reports (Daily report, Weekly report, Monthly report)

Organization Exposure:

• Able to build and maintain productive relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• To do attitude
• Self-motivator/starter
• Demonstrates logical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates strong listening, written and oral communication skills.
• Should have ability or aptitude to learn technical applications.
• Participate in meetings with knowledge of prepared materials.
