Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Executive - Accounts to join our Finance team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles. The Junior Executive/ Executive - Accounts will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, supporting financial reporting activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

B.com, M.com or MBA in Finance. 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate environment. Proficiency in Excel particularly in V lookup, Pivot Table Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Knowledge of reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate sales invoices along with e-Invoice and e-Way Bill generation. Record and book purchase invoices and business expenses. Working knowledge of

ERP systems

for accounting and inventory management. Maintain and update the

General Ledger

accurately. Proficient in handling reconciliation.
