Role: Junior Executive - Cruise & Holiday Sales OperationsLocation: DelhiKey Responsibilities (Sales-Driven):- Support the cruise sales team with quotations, itineraries, pricing, and follow-ups.- Experience in building customised itineraries and packages- Assist in converting enquiries into bookings through timely coordination and accurate execution.- Handle end-to-end booking operations for cruises and holiday packages, ensuring a smooth customer journey.- Coordinate with cruise lines, hotels, and suppliers to secure best availability, rates, and confirmations.- Track leads, booking status, payments, and deadlines to support closure.- Provide post-booking support and handle amendments, upgrades, and client queries efficiently.- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure revenue targets and service standards are met.- Maintain accurate records and CRM updates to support repeat and referral business.We're Looking For:- Prior experience selling cruises or luxury holidays- Knowledge of destinations like Europe, Alaska, Caribbean, Asia, or Mediterranean- Strong interest in sales, cruise products, and travel planning.- Good communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.- Sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail.- Comfortable working with booking systems, emails, and CRM tools- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines- Knowledge of cruises or travel industry is a strong advantage.
