This position will plan & manage over all accounts, finance and statutory compliances for operational efficiency.
Responsibilities and Duties
Plans, organizes, assigns, helps execute, reviews, and evaluates the work of assigned staff.
? Budgeting & Forecasting, preparation of periodic MIS and variance analysis
? Preparation, maintain control, and responsible for subsidiary accounting records involving a variety of transactions and accounts.
? Responsible for recruiting, training, assessing and managing for the juniors.
? Provides support to departmental auditors as required under statutory laws.
? Maintains the various ledger accounts including reconciliation of Banks & Customers/Vendors ledgers
? Assist the Financial Seniors and auditors with the preparation of annual Balance Sheet, P&L, closing books at year end upon completion of annual audit.
? Compliances of all statutory requirements
? Implement cost control measures at Branch .
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications
Must be a Graduate or post- Graduation in Commerce
SAP knowledge is preferred
Experience
Candidate should have 1-2 years' Experience in Accounts
