Job Description

We are looking for Procurement Executive, specifically a professional responsible for managing the purchasing process within an organization, ensuring efficient procurement of goods and services while optimizing costs. They may be involved in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and inventory management, among other duties.

Note: Must know Hindi languages for communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Selection:

Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Vendor Management:

Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, monitoring their performance, and resolving any issues.

Purchase Order Management:

Creating and processing purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.

Inventory Management:

Maintaining optimal inventory levels, minimizing storage costs, and ensuring availability of necessary materials.

Cost Optimization:

Analyzing market trends, negotiating favorable pricing, and identifying opportunities to reduce procurement costs.

Reporting and Analysis:

Tracking key procurement metrics, generating reports on cost savings, and providing insights to management.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices. Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation. Familiarity with inventory management systems and software. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
