Role Overview

We're looking for a

Junior Events Associate

eager to grow in the events and experiential marketing industry. This is an ideal role for a young professional with a flair for communication, relationship management, and a passion for events.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior BD team in generating leads, developing proposals, and managing client accounts. Support pitch preparation, including presentations, creative briefs, and costing sheets. Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution. Maintain CRM databases and follow up with leads to drive conversions. Participate in on-ground event execution when required.

Skills & Requirements

Experience:

1-3 years in sales/client servicing in events, marketing, or media agencies.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Team Player:

Ability to work in a collaborative environment with multiple departments.

Organized:

Strong time management skills and attention to detail.

Learning Mindset:

Willingness to travel and learn hands-on event execution.

Education

: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business or a related discipline.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per year
