Junior Estimator Forms+Surfaces is looking for Junior Estimator to join our team! Job Location: Forms and Surfaces factory, Lonikand, Near Wagholi, Pune Company Overview Forms+Surfaces designs and manufactures architectural products used in public spaces around the world. From walls and elevator interiors to site furnishings and lighting, our line invites creativity and provides real-world solutions to the challenges our customers face. Scope and responsibilities:
- Learn and gain proficiency of company\xe2\x80\x99s ERP (M2M) systems and workflows.
- Monitor Current Sales RFQ Queue and claim relevant RFQs for quotation.
- Prepare customer master in M2M.
- Assemble accurate and well-organized quotations in a timely manner for Stipulated Price.
- Follow company\xe2\x80\x99s standard part numbers, material descriptions, terms and conditions and rates in quotation.
- Correctly enter the tax codes and tax percentage in quotations.
- Close the RFQ status once quotation is prepared.
- Coordinate with sales team for any quotation change request and discounts.
- Coordinate with internal departments for lead time, packaging details, air-freight as and when required.
