Job Responsibilities:

Handling of Tenders - Understanding of the terms and conditions of Tenders, Pre-qualification criteria, and Technical specifications. Studying customer technical specifications and preparing detailed Scope of Supply for costing. Costing of equipment's & calculation of final price. Coordinating with internal departments for making documents for quotations like GA, FFP, Layouts required with online tenders. Attending tender opening, technical and Pre-bid meetings Compilation of competitors details after tender opening Post order activities, Technical Correspondence with customer and continuous support to Execution/Project Team & other departments for smooth execution of order.

Education:

Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

2-3 years in a similar role
