Skills required

2-3 years experience required in injection moulding -plastic article manufacturing company

Demonstrated ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills to identify problems, evaluate alternatives and recommend effective solutions. A commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic workplace and an eagerness to improve the production process. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and managers. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially with Excel and Word.

Key responsibilities

Ensuring adherence in execution to the given Production plan.

Coordination with departmental executives, supervisors and workers for execution of productions. Time to Time reporting of Production and other departmental activities to their respective reporting management. Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with Organizational and Customer standards requirements. Preparation of various Standard operating procedures and work instructions in line with organizational requirements. Coordination with cross-functional & and own departmental head & and colleagues for all standard compliances, controls & and improvement. Coordination with Departmental heads to analyze the Root cause and identify corrective actions for any non-compliance or complaint received from the Customers & and other interested parties.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
