B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or related discipline
Experience:
1-3 years of relevant work experience
Required Candidate Profile:
Solid understanding of mechanical engineering basics (vibrations, rotating machinery, dynamics).
Knowledge of sensors, calibration, and testing will be advantageous.
Ability to quickly grasp product applications and deliver customer demos & training.
Willingness to travel frequently (onsite customer visits, deployments, and training).
Curious, adaptable, and eager to contribute to both customer-facing and technical documentation activities.

Drive technical sales support - responding to enquiries, preparing offers, coordinating with sales teams.
Work closely with R&D for feature validation, product testing, and customer-requested enhancements.
Support sensor calibration and deployments.
Provide inputs for technical documentation and support creation of marketing materials.
Establish and grow long-term customer relationships.
Mentor Graduate Engineer Trainees in the team.
Skills & Attributes
Prior exposure to customer-facing technical roles (e.g., sales support, product specialist, application engineer).
Strong communication skills; ability to simplify technical concepts for customers.
Hands-on mindset with ability to manage testing, troubleshooting, and fieldwork.
Interest in vibration monitoring, condition monitoring, or industrial IoT.
Willingness to travel frequently.
