Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site as per approved drawings and specifications.
Ensure all work is executed according to the project schedule, quality standards, and safety norms.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth site operations.
Verify measurements, quantities, and quality of materials used at site.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site logs, and work records.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to execution of work.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
Assist in planning and scheduling of construction activities.
Maintain proper documentation including drawings, approvals, and test reports.
Report progress, challenges, and resource requirements to the Project Manager.
Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and quality checks.
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the construction site.
