Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and

workforce at our water treatment plant. The role involves ensuring smooth plant operations, safety

compliance, and quality control while managing a team of workers and coordinating with engineers

and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Operations:

? Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of water treatment systems.

? Ensure compliance with water quality standards and safety regulations.

? Monitor treatment processes, equipment performance, and plant efficiency.

? Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot operational issues.

Team Management:

? Supervise site workers, technicians, and subcontractors.

? Allocate tasks and ensure work is completed on time.

? Conduct safety briefings and training sessions.

Safety & Compliance:

? Enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.

? Ensure compliance with local water regulations and industry standards.

? Maintain proper documentation of safety procedures and incidents.

Coordination & Reporting:

? Work closely with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders.

? Prepare progress reports and maintain site records.

? Communicate any operational challenges and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

? Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, or related field.

? 1-2 years of experience in water treatment plant operations or similar roles.

? Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, equipment, and safety protocols.

? Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

? Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and work schedules.

? Familiarity with HSE regulations and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

? Certification in water treatment operations.

? Experience with SCADA systems and plant automation.

? Knowledge of pump systems, filtration, and chemical dosing processes.

Pay: ₹5,086.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
