Job Responsibilities:

Perform quality checks and inspections in sheet metal or steel plant environments. Manage and handle nickel chrome, zinc plating, and chemical processes. Ensure product quality through effective process control and adherence to quality standards. Use and calibrate quality instruments and follow inspection protocols at every stage of production. Prepare PDIR (Pre-Dispatch Inspection Report) and audit reports. Participate in internal and external audits, and take corrective and preventive actions. Implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015 / IATF standards. Lead and support the team in maintaining workplace safety and quality improvements. Take ownership of quality documentation, product verification, and process improvements.

Key Skills Required:

Strong understanding of quality systems and standards Hands-on experience in plating, chemical handling, and inspections Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 / IATF compliance Leadership and team-handling skills Strong documentation and reporting (PDIR) skills Familiar with safety protocols and corrective action processes
