We are looking for a

Junior Engineer

with hands-on experience in

Forging, CNC, Sheet Metal Press, and Nitriding processes

, and good understanding of

IATF 16949 documentation

.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily production and process monitoring for

forging, CNC machining, sheet metal press, and nitriding operations

. Ensure adherence to

IATF 16949 standards

and support documentation and audits. Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for defect analysis and process improvement. Support

process control, tool setting, and equipment maintenance

activities. Prepare and maintain production records, inspection reports, and process sheets. Assist senior engineers in

new product development (NPD)

and

trial run approvals

. Ensure workplace safety, 5S, and lean manufacturing practices.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Basic knowledge of

forging, CNC operations, sheet metal press machines, and nitriding process

. Familiarity with

IATF 16949 documentation

(e.g., control plans, process flow, PFMEA). Understanding of

measurement instruments and gauges

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in

MS Office, Excel, and ERP systems

(preferred).

Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech / BE

in Mechanical / Automobile / Production Engineering.

Experience:

0-2 years

(Freshers with internship experience in automotive manufacturing can also apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
