Key Responsibilities

:

Conduct in-process inspections across various transformer manufacturing stages: core assembly, coil winding, insulation, tanking, drying, and final assembly. Ensure adherence to manufacturing drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. Identify and report process deviations, non-conformities, and initiate corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). Coordinate with production, design, and testing teams to resolve quality issues. Verify critical parameters like coil dimensions, clearances, insulation materials, clamping pressure, brazing quality, etc. Monitor process parameters such as vacuum drying, oil filling, and heat treatment. Perform in-process quality audits and generate daily quality reports. Maintain documentation and traceability records as per ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 standards. Ensure tools and instruments used are calibrated and fit for inspection. Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and participate in quality improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma). Support internal and external audits (customer, third-party, and certifying bodies).
