Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:

Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., milling, turning, grinding). Load raw materials and monitor machine operations.

Quality Control:

Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers). Ensure components meet technical specifications and tolerances.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines. Identify and troubleshoot minor issues in machine operations.

Documentation:

Maintain production logs and quality records. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with supervisors, setters, and quality teams to meet production targets. Suggest improvements in process and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

HSC & SSLC ,ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field. 0-2 years of experience in CNC operations (Fresher with training may be considered). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail and quality focus. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,500.00 per month
