This is your role . Overall responsibility for complete HV-Equipment. (circuit breaker Testing expert) . Overall Technical responsibility for the Test field area in breaker. . Overall responsibility for Co-ordination and planning activity with Cross function teams. . Overall responsibility for Routine testing of Circuit breaker activity. . Preparation and active participation in NCC management activity. . Overall responsibility for Teamwork and co-ordination. . Awareness of Autoscan test software with DCRM test. . IEC awareness for AIS equipment\'s. . As per IEC Type testing awareness of Circuit breakers. . You\'ll work ensuring adherence to safety and EMS norms on shop floor IN ORDER TO reduce accidents ensure environmental protection on shop floor. . You will act as a support for Audits & Quality Improvements We don\'t need superheroes, just super minds . Diploma in Electrical Engineering with min 1 year experience.Technical Skills: . Knowledge acquired in 1 - 3 years in High Voltage equipment\'s (Test field) . Autoscan test software with DCRM test. . Understanding of Routine testing of circuit breaker. . Switchgear and substation equipment\'s awareness . Extensive Experience in understanding and managing customer FATs. . Knowledge of applicable norms and standards (IEC & work instructions) Key Skills: . Complete English fluency in business Communication . Communication skills for clarifying requirements/solutions and resolving misunderstandings . Pronounced proactive mindset and approach to serve colleagues, internal and external customers . Mindset of growth and service to support colleagues and always think win-win . Extraordinary Intercultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural team .
