Position Summary

We are seeking qualified and disciplined

Junior Civil Engineers

to support the planning, supervision, and execution of construction and industrial projects. The role involves close coordination with senior engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved designs, quality standards, safety norms, timelines, and budgets.

This position is well-suited for professionals with hands-on site experience who are looking to build a long-term career in industrial and infrastructure construction.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior engineers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction activities Supervise site operations to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs Monitor daily site progress, manpower deployment, and material utilization Conduct feasibility checks and assist in quantity measurements and basic estimations Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company quality policies Maintain accurate site records, reports, measurements, and related documentation Support timely completion of projects within approved cost and schedule parameters
Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (BE) in Civil Engineering

Experience:

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects Practical knowledge of site execution, civil works, and construction methodologies Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control procedures
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong coordination and communication abilities Ability to work effectively in a site-based environment Sound understanding of civil construction drawings and materials Attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem-solving Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of senior engineers
Work Environment

Site-based role requiring regular on-field presence Exposure to industrial and large-scale construction projects
