Job Summary

We are hiring a dedicated and responsible

Junior Engineer (Civil)

to manage daily site activities, coordinate with contractors, ensure quality control, and support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring daily construction activities at site.

Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications.

Prepare progress reports and site documentation.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team.

Maintain safety standards and ensure site compliance.

Support senior engineers in technical tasks and problem-solving.

Required Qualifications

Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering

Minimum

1-5 years

' experience in building/construction projects

Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing work, and site execution

Ability to read and understand drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred)

Good communication and coordination skills

Strong leadership to handle labour and vendors

Should be punctual, responsible, and target-oriented

Ability to work at site full time

Immediate joiners preferred

Own vehicle is an added advantage

Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.

Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
