About the Role

We are expanding our team and looking for a Junior Engineer to strengthen our Quality & Development function in the Stamping Industry. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth production through in-process quality checks, updated documentation, and active follow-ups in development.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out in-process quality checks and monitor production to minimize rejections. Maintain and update production documentation, reports, and quality records. Support development activities, including coordination and follow-up. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality policies. Collaborate with different departments during the training phase for skill-building.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: Freshers with strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Candidates with minimum 2 years' experience in Stamping or Die-Making industry will be preferred. Skills & Attributes: Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Willingness to adapt, learn, and work in shop-floor conditions. Ability to maintain focus on quality and process improvements.

Work Environment & Requirements

Shift Pattern: Day / Rotational shifts (as per requirement). Overtime: May be required during peak production periods. Physical Work: Should be comfortable standing for long hours and working on shop-floor machinery when needed. Safety: Must adhere to company safety protocols (no additional certifications required).
