As part of the GE India Multi-modal Manufacturing team, the swab etch / part marking / ultrasonic clean room ,DFL coating engineer is responsible for the processing of the parts for swab etch , part marking , ultrasonic cleaning , DFL coating and produce defect free parts with continual improvement of overall productivity.

Roles & Responsibilities

Understand and follow the router requirements, MOS as per operation sequence , safe Operation of the process related equipment Responsible for identifying the defective parts / defects and raise NC ticket Ability to analyze and interpret design drawings, specifications ,manuals, MOS and other related documentation , ensure compliance to NADCAP requirements Knowledge of chemical handling, storage and related documentation Responsible to ensure completion of process related documentation , process and equipment inspection check lists Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions.
Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously and Ability to work in a matrix organization and working collaboratively with the team

The Ideal Candidate:

Candidates with Min 2 years of experience into Electro etch Marking

Required Qualifications:

Diploma with 2 - 3 years of experience in related processes Exposure to special process NADCAP audits and related documentation is desirable

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Kaizen ,Lean and Six Sigma Methodology
